WHY MEETINGHOUSE?

WE CAN LEARN FROM HISTORY

Meetinghouses have long served as spaces of belonging for those from all walks of life to gather. They welcomed testimonies and plans to improve laws and practices that no longer served everyone. The walls of these historic buildings have observed silence, and discourse; individual wisdom, and collective growth. While this Meetinghouse is without tangible walls to witness our progress, it will happen here nonetheless.

Meetinghouse Coaching & Consulting® operates on the belief that developing one’s self-awareness, while continually building cultural humility, results in more intentional, effective, and inclusive leadership. Organizations and leaders who approach their life and work in this way help create a richer environment for all to thrive.
